SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA

Hey, I’m Coach Peter. Born and raised in Orange County, CA, fitness has always been a part of my life. I’ve always been active—whether it’s playing sports, skateboarding, or enjoying outdoor activities like hiking and running. — but it wasn’t until later that I discovered my passion for bodybuilding and functional fitness. Fitness became about more than just looking good; it was about feeling strong and capable in all aspects of life. 

After years in Orange County, I moved to San Diego in 2024, continuing my fitness journey and honing my skills as both an athlete and coach. Over the years, I’ve learned that fitness is a way of life, requiring discipline, consistency, and the right mindset. Whether you’re starting your fitness journey or aiming for a bodybuilding competition, the principles stay the same.

TRAINING AND COMPETING PRACTICING WHAT I PREACH

I’m not the type of coach who just talks the talk. I’m training and competing in various fitness events. From bodybuilding to Hyrox and marathons, I’ve earned multiple 1st place awards, including an Overall Men's Physique championship. I believe in practicing what I preach and am committed to staying in top shape. I want to show you that with the right mindset, anything is possible.

My mission as a coach is simple: to help you succeed. I’ve been where you are, and I’ve proven that with the right guidance, strategy, and commitment, you can achieve your goals. Fitness isn’t just about lifting weights or running fast; it’s about becoming a better version of yourself, both inside and out. I’ll be there every step of the way, just like I’ve helped myself and countless others.

A BIT ABOUT ME
BEYOND FITNESS

When I’m not training or coaching, I’m indulging in one of my favorite pastimes: food. I’m a huge foodie! While I maintain a clean, healthy diet during the week, I still love to enjoy eating out on weekends. I’m open to trying a variety of foods, willing to travel to discover new dining experiences, and I appreciate all types of cuisine — from burgers and pizza to all kinds of dishes. Life is about balance, and enjoying good food is an important part of that.
